Shari is the owner and senior facilitator of Inkuba Field Guide Training, with over 20 years of experience in managing large conservation and hospitality teams, across the private, government and NPO sectors.
Her background in Field Guiding, Environmental Education, Conservation, Tourism and Management, inform her knowledgeable and enthusiastic approach. Shari is fuelled by her passion for helping people enjoy, understand and care for nature. She considers herself a continual learner, eager to build her knowledge and skill and stay valuable to the conservation and tourism worlds.
Shari’s hunger for knowledge and passionate determination to turn information into action and help others to do the same has led to her founding Inkuba.
Shari has led large teams, that have managed some of South Africa’s most prominent wildlife and conservation areas while fighting for the wise use of our natural resources, and helping others on their journeys to become passionate conservationists.
Shari believes every person is valuable, has value to add, and can take steps to care for the Earth and people appropriately. Shari desires that each person be allowed to enjoy the fullness of peace and contentment that time in nature allows.
